About NCORE Foundation

India's First Dedicated
Cyber Rehabilitation NPO

No victim of cybercrime should have to navigate recovery alone. We exist to restore dignity through integrated psychological, legal, and digital support.

Born from the need to heal

Cyber harm is not just a breach of systems - it is a breach of trust.

In a rapidly digitising world, victims have long been left to navigate fragmented systems, limited psychological care, and deep social stigma. Recovery was uncertain, incomplete, and isolating.

NCORE was built to change that.

We created India's first integrated ecosystem for cyber rehabilitation - bringing together healing, justice, awareness, and empowerment into one cohesive response.

Not just to respond to harm, but to prevent it. Not just to support victims, but to rebuild lives.

Our work spans every layer of society - from children through Digital Detox Junior, to senior citizens through Cyber Jagrookta, to institutions, communities, and law enforcement across India.

Our rehabilitation centres deliver structured, long-term recovery - integrating mental health care, legal support, skill-building, and reintegration into society.

Each one a life restored. Each one a system strengthened.

Our Mission
To Build a Human-Centric Digital Fortress

To build a Human-Centric Digital Fortress — a complete ecosystem for cyber rehabilitation and digital safety that heals, empowers, and prevents. One where every survivor finds support, every child is protected, and every community is equipped to face the digital world with confidence.

Our Vision
Reform. Rebuild. Rise.
A Safe & Inclusive Digital Society

A world where digital safety is woven into the fabric of society, where systems and laws place people above data, and where every individual can live, connect, and thrive online with confidence, dignity, and freedom.
